Events Sponsorship Manager

to lead sponsorship sales and strategic partnerships across our portfolio of premium events in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands the Saudi market, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven track record of closing sponsorship deals that deliver real value. This role is ideal for someone with a strong event sponsorship background, a passion for events, and a proven track record of securing sponsorships that drive both revenue and brand impact. Key Responsibilities :

Drive sponsorship sales for flagship events including awards, conferences, and lifestyle activations. Identify and approach prospective sponsors, build proposals, and pitch tailored packages to clients and agencies. Manage end-to-end sponsor relationships – from initial outreach and negotiation to contract signing and on-site activation. Collaborate closely with Events, Editorial, Marketing, and Design teams to ensure the successful delivery of all sponsor benefits. Maintain up-to-date records of pipelines, revenue targets, and sponsor feedback. Stay informed on market trends and emerging sectors in Saudi Arabia to shape new business opportunities. Represent the brand and events at networking events, client meetings, and industry forums. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and deliverables to maximize revenue and client satisfaction. Collaborate with event executive to deliver the sponsorship agreement. Track sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and report performance to management. Requirements :

3–5 years of sponsorship or commercial sales experience

in events, media, or brand activations – with solid experience in the Saudi market. Strong network of brand and agency contacts in Riyadh and across the Kingdom. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Fluent in

is a strong advantage. Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams. Experience handling high-profile clients and delivering measurable results. Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required for events. Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
