Senior Project Manager - Onshore Brownfield LSTK

Mandatory Requirements 15+ years of project management experience in oil & gas or energy sectors Experience working on projects in the Middle East, especially in KSA Hands-on experience with brownfield onshore EPC (LSTK) projects Saudi National - Male Previous experience working on EPC projects Experience with major contractors on onshore projects Proven track record leading multidisciplinary project teams Strong HSE awareness and commitment to safety culture Preferred Criteria Professional project management certifications (e.g., PMP, APM) Experience with change management, contract management, and risk management Arabic and English is mandatory Must be currently or previously worked in Saudi Arabia Experience in client-facing leadership roles Strong stakeholder communication and influence skills Familiarity with Middle Eastern cultural and regulatory practices Disqualifiers No EPC experience Less than 10 years of relevant experience Only greenfield or offshore project exposure Not eligible for Saudi visa due to age, incomplete qualifications, or lack of experience
