Senior Projects Coordinator (Onshore / Offshore) Join Penspen in Khafji, Saudi Arabia as a Senior Projects Coordinator to support the Project Director for Khafji Joint Operations (KJO) and deliver success for the Project Management Services (PMS) contract.

Responsibilities

Coordinate multiple onshore and offshore projects to ensure portfolio health and alignment with the overall plan.

Manage Project Delivery Leads and Senior Project Engineers providing project management services.

Support commercial success by overseeing technical, contractual, logistics, and support activities.

Qualifications

Engineering degree in a relevant discipline.

At least 15 years of project management and project engineering experience in FEED and EPC (FEL1 / FEL2).

8+ years recent experience in onshore / offshore project administration, including technical, contracts, logistics, and support.

Experience as a Project Management Consultant (PMC) preferred.

Knowledge of Saudi Aramco procedures is beneficial.

Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
