Overall responsibility includes boosting the competencies of our employees by developing and conducting effective training programs. The person will indirectly help enhance the employee’s workplace performance in conjunction with the company’s core values to meet the goal of organization. Drive in quality & learning related metrics. Conduct Chime sessions & classroom training sessions to the stakeholders. Key Job Responsibilities
Supervise structured learning metrics and also oversee their results for the assigned territory and region. Managing live performance metrics end‑to‑end for the assigned territory. Conduct learning sessions on new process as well as BQM through ITL or digital learning as per the requirement. Deliver various training courses as continuous learning. Maintain data and analysis through reports on Excel (as per business requirement). Ensure completion of new‑hire training program, coaching & other performance improvement programs on time. Partner with operations leaders while conducting station audit to check process compliance and fix gaps immediately. Identify learning coaches & certify them. Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance. Drive Quality & Learning metrics. Conduct Chime sessions & classroom sessions to the stakeholders. A Day in the Life
Track day‑to‑day business metrics and plan to visit the mapped stations for metric improvement. Daily reporting and progress updates. Involve and engage well with mapped LA / LG’s for daily L&D activities. This job requires traveling as per business requirements. Basic Qualifications
2+ years of work in the customer service / contact center industry experience, or experience in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel. Preferred Qualifications
