Key Responsibilities :
- Participate in structured training sessions and workshops focused on key operational and management skills.
- Assist in daily operational tasks and projects, gaining insight into the business processes that drive our success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various initiatives and contribute to team goals.
- Conduct research and data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making processes.
- Contribute to customer service initiatives by helping to enhance the customer experience.
- Engage in team meetings, providing input and feedback to improve processes and programs.
- Complete a final project presentation that showcases the skills and knowledge acquired during the program.

Requirements
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, IT, Law, Finance, or a related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Previous internship or work experience is a plus but not required.
