Supply Chain Policies and Procedures Development Consultant

We are seeking to engage an experienced Supply Chain Policies and Procedures Development Consultant to review, update, and enhance the organization’s supply chain policy and procedure manuals in line with best practices and Saudi market standards.

Scope of Work :

Review and assess the current supply chain policies, procedures, and manuals.

Evaluate compliance with applicable regulatory and operational standards.

Develop and update policies and procedures that improve operational efficiency and governance.

Provide recommendations to optimize supply chain performance and mitigate risks.

Deliver updated and professionally formatted policy and procedure manuals ready for management approval.

Conduct awareness or training sessions with relevant teams to ensure successful implementation.

Skills

Qualifications and Experience Required :

Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in developing, reviewing, and implementing supply chain policies and procedures.

Demonstrated consulting experience with organizations in Saudi Arabia (please include project references if available).

In-Depth understanding of supply chain management processes (procurement, logistics, warehousing, planning, etc.).

Advanced documentation, analytical, and policy drafting skills in Arabic and English.

Familiarity with ISO standards, corporate governance frameworks, or other quality management systems is highly desirable.

Work location : (remote with scheduled onsite visits).
