Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all on-site civil works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Review and interpret construction plans and technical drawings.

Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitor progress, prepare daily / weekly reports, and attend project meetings.

Inspect materials, workmanship, and ensure QA / QC procedures are followed.

Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations on site.

Assist the project manager in planning and resource allocation.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably on large‑scale infrastructure or building projects.

Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Driving license (preferred).
