Qualifications

A degree in a discipline suited to the work to be delivered, with the ability to converse in technical matters across all disciplines associated with our Construction Supervision projects. 20+ years’ experience in leading construction supervision of multi-disciplinary projects. Working for an international consultancy for 20+ years and over 5 years of experience in the Middle East. Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a strong client interface presence. Proven experience in managing large-scale tunnelling and hospitality projects, with a deep understanding of the technical aspects involved. Lead the delivery of a high-rise / supertall tower project, ensuring the highest quality standards are upheld at every stage. Foster a strong client relationship by consistently delivering exceptional service and acting as the primary point of contact. Build and manage high-performing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring collaboration and accountability. Ensure assigned projects are completed within budget and schedule, while meeting client requirements and business objectives. Oversee all aspects of project execution, including design management, construction supervision, cost control, and stakeholder engagement. Provide strategic leadership and guidance throughout the full project lifecycle. Drive innovation, sustainability, and digital best practices in project delivery. Represent WSP at senior-level meetings and within broader industry forums as required.
