We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer relationship management, demonstrating the ability to drive revenue growth while building lasting partnerships with clients. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to align sales strategies with company goals and market trends. Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and maximize revenue. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on promotional strategies. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads. Continuously improve knowledge of industry trends, products, and best practices to enhance sales performance. Preferred Candidate

Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
