- Job Description and QualificationsRotoflow, an Air Products Business, is a full-service turbomachinery OEM - providing a wide range of new equipment solutions and services to our customers globally in market segments such as industrial gases, petrochemicals, and hydrocarbons. Aftermarket services such as spare parts, repairs, upgrades, field services, engineering evaluations, reliability and performance assessments, troubleshooting, training, remote diagnostics / data monitoring, and shop services are some of the many offerings provided from regional service centers for both Air Products and non-Air Products equipment. - Aftermarket Project Manager
- at our turbomachinery service center in KSA- DSC, responsible for providing projects execution with engineering support for spare parts, repairs, upgrades, reverse engineering, and field service of all types of turbomachinery. You will enjoy :

- Collaborating with a cross-functional team across commercial, engineering, procurement and manufacturing on a wide variety of projects with varying technical complexity and scope.
- Significant direct interaction with customers, in coordination with account managers, ensures Rotoflow exceeds customer expectations with solutions.
- Ability to grow and develop one’s career and take on increasing responsibility.
- Responsibilities :
- Work collaboratively with Proposal Managers to receive assigned orders, develop and implement appropriate execution plans that address execution, budget, and schedule, and put in place a team that can successfully execute.
- Manage and execute orders and projects concurrently in different phases, from order intake, execution, shipment, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
- Maximize revenue recognition and take necessary actions to fill the (planned vs actual) gaps.
- Ensure regular communication is provided to internal and external stakeholders and customers on the status of projects and develop relationships that will indirectly drive and boost sales.
- Lead and guide the execution team and provide directions on objective priorities to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed as planned.
- Manage changes on projects to keep projects on track and meet financial and customer targets.
- Provide feedback on lessons learned during execution to other functions to assure continuous improvement.
- Qualifications and Requirements :
- Technical Degree (BA / BS / BEng); mechanical / Industrial engineering background a plus,
- Project Management Experience, >
5 years is preferred, with excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to effectively lead and organize engineering teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
