Reports to :

Senior Engineering Manager.

The Energy Industries Division serves a wide range of industrial sectors, including hydrocarbons, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, power generation and water. With its integrated solutions that automate, digitalise and electrify operations, the Division is committed to supporting traditional industries in their efforts to decarbonise. The Division also supports the development, integration and scaling up of new and renewable energy models. The Division’s goal is to help customers adapt and succeed in the rapidly changing global energy transition.

In this role, you will support engineering activities in all types of projects of varying sizes and complexities under the supervision of senior engineers. Each day, you will complete tasks cost‑effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and cybersecurity policies and standards. You will also showcase your expertise by collecting data and supporting production of the engineering design.

Responsibilities

Performs basic survey work, standard automation engineering, analysis, and basic design tasks; collects data and supports engineering design production; exercises judgment on limited details of work and on application of standard methods; prepares relevant documentation.

Supports communication pertaining to specific assignments in meetings; participates in workshops related to engineering, design, tools, and processes.

Works in graphic / application engineering development in DCS; programs, implements, tests, and documents process control applications.

Demonstrates ability to understand control narratives and P&ID’s.

Qualifications For The Role

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics & Communications, Electrical Engineering.

Soft Skills : Must be a team player, self‑motivated, quick learner, adaptable, and flexible.

Travel Readiness : Willingness to travel and work at sites as and when required.

Mobility : Willingness to travel domestically and overseas based on project need.
