Maintain the best services to customers. Coordinate day-to-day activities of Parts warehouse. Ensure that parts receiving / dispatches are done correctly and efficiently. Key Accountabilities
Ensure that “Customer Waiting” Parts orders including site deliveries are to be processed on an absolute priority basis and within the time limit. All goods are located tidily and properly, and Inventory section is notified immediately of any change in the location of a Part. All Inward Goods are binned efficiently, without delay. Receive and dispatch all spare parts consignments for branches. Handle customer site deliveries within the regions. Ensure that all equipment in warehouse area is maintained in a good and safe condition at all times. Keep the authorities informed of warehouse problems and activities and any other items of general interest. Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
Educational Qualifications and Certifications :
School Certificate / Diploma holder.
A Mechanical aptitude. Knowledge :
Knowledge of the methods and practices used in receiving materials and supplies in warehouse deliveries. Ability to utilize personal computer systems, software, and applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, SAP) to complete various work tasks including sending emails, maintaining warehouse records, etc. Technical Skills :
Minimum knowledge to identify the parts. Language Skills :
Arabic is desirable. English is essential Experience
: Previous experience with parts operation & logistics. Must be able to organize all types of storing techniques including setting up logical bin locations. Key Interactions
