Overview
An exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious international law firm’s growing Riyadh office - we are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide high-level support across multiple practice groups.
Responsibilities
- Manage a full range of secretarial and administrative support for partners and associates.
- Draft, format, and finalise correspondence, engagement letters, billing letters, and simple legal documents.
- Coordinate matter management from file opening through to closure / archival, ensuring compliance with firm policies.
- Organise diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements, including visas and itineraries.
- Assist with billing processes, timesheet management, and expense claims.
- Provide support with business development activities, including pitches, CV updates, and client reporting.
- Maintain accurate filing systems (electronic and hard copy) and manage email correspondence efficiently.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the office, including reception duties to greet clients and visitors when needed.
Requirements
Minimum of three years’ experience as a Legal Secretary in an international law firm.Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.Attention to detail and proven ability to deliver accurate work to deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels.Salary : SAR 25,000 to 30,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
