Responsibilities

• Advise on banking transactions, commercial agreements, and regulatory matters relevant to the Bank’s business and support divisions.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts including banking, procurement, IT, and service-level agreements.
• Provide proactive, business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Advise on banking regulations, banking transactions, banking products, and banking services
• Advise on authority capacity analysis
• Review and supervise work prepared by junior lawyers, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Support the Head of Legal Consultancy in developing standardized templates, procedures, and legal workflows.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel as needed to ensure effective risk management and timely delivery of legal services.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the team’s processes, knowledge sharing and documentation standards.
