This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assets, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings and educational facilities. Mace is currently providing programme management and are looking for high-calibre experienced people. You’ll be responsible :

Leads and owns the planning function across assigned portfolios, ensuring effective scheduling and monitoring. Implements planning and project controls procedures, aligning with business standards across projects. Manages planning for complex projects or business units, providing strategic oversight and direction. Oversees planning, scheduling, EVM, and project controls methodologies for medium to high complexity programs. Provides expert analysis and corrective actions for complex planning requirements. Communicates effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency. Develops plans and trend analyses using advanced numerical and statistical techniques. Supports senior management in negotiations, contracts, and business development activities. Leads and mentors planning teams, fostering high performance and career development. Promotes sustainability and net zero carbon goals, integrating environmental responsibility into project delivery. You’ll need to have :

Qualified professional with a degree in construction, programme, project, or commercial management and relevant industry experience. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and maintaining collaborative client relationships across project lifecycles. Please note :
