Job Purpose

• Assist the leadership team translate Jaysom’s Health & Wellness strategy into actionable programs and activities throughout the resort.
• Carry out thorough individual medical consultations with guests to help determine their health condition and what treatment to be applied and pointing out causes of problems.
• Perform aesthetic services such as Skin Facial Analysis, Niralanda consultations, non-invasive treatments, minor-invasive treatments and body contouring.
• Develop and craft effective, personalised treatments for guests.
• Use the right coaching methods, support and encouragement to ensure guests are motivated and committed to successfully and sustainably reach their health and wellness goals.
• Ambassador of the company’s wellness and sustainability culture, promote its awareness amongst team members by leading by example by living and healthy and balanced lifestyle.
