Essential Job Functions
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Support the Club Director, Recreation Manager & Assistant Director of Club in the overall management and strategic direction of the Club
- Oversee the operations functions of the Spa as well assisting in the Club when needed
- Assist and support all departments in the achievement of their financial and operational targets through establishment of a positive culture, clear expectations and policy & procedural implementation
- Ensure that monthly financial outlooks for all Spa revenue streams are on time, on target and accurate
- Ensure schedules for colleagues are done timely within budgeted hours and schedule is compliant within Spa scheduling rules ensuring meals are taken properly and overtime does not accrue
- Ensure full compliance to Spa operating controls
- Actively involved in the recruitment and professional development process of Spa leadership positions
- Responsible for overseeing hiring and training of all Spa staff
- Ensure all reviews for all Spa Team are done in a timely manner
- Maintain and improve SOPs for the Spa
- Responsible for maintaining the physical facilities at the highest level possible of cleanliness and function
- Work closely with engineering to keep all facilities in working order including a PM program
- Developing knowledge base for all Spa disciplines and revenue streams by participating in and monitoring programs
- Maintain inventory and ordering of supplies
- Monitor performance and attendance of all Spa colleagues
- Oversee the ongoing daily standup meeting dynamics
- Maintain a robust communication log
- Responsible for managing the quality assurance of the commercial cleaners and third party equipment maintenance vendors
- Understand and maintain technology such as operating / PMS system of the Spa along with support software and support all teams in software knowledge and skills
- Provide exceptional service to members and guests alike
- Follow up directly on guest / members comments and concerns and maintain a customer feedback program
- Enforce Spa rules and regulations
- Administer a guest / member retention program to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Assist with the marketing of the Spa product, internally and externally working closely with relative departments
- Regularly participate in and oversee all activities and events scheduled for members / guests
- Attend regularly scheduled managers' and staff meetings in the Club and Spa
- Attend company-wide, resort-wide meetings
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
- Interact with guests in a friendly, service-oriented manner

Qualifications / Skills
Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and / or abilities. To perform this job successfully, the employee will possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Bachelor’s Degree and / or previous leadership experience in a Luxury Spa preferredMinimum 2 years’ experience in a luxury SpaMinimum 1 year experience in managementKnowledge of Massage, Facial, Pedicures, Manicures techniquesCPR and First Aid certification requiredComputer literate in Microsoft Windows applications requiredExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesEssential Physical Abilities
