Assistant Project Manager

Assistant Project Manager Full‑time, on site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

What this job involves

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing the construction of prefabricated steel warehouses, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.

Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address potential delays or issues.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.

Support the Project Manager in managing stakeholder relationships and resolving on‑site challenges.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience in construction project management, with a focus on prefabricated steel buildings, warehouses, or factories.

Proven expertise in the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and safety standards.

Location On site – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
