Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market penetration and achieve revenue goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct regular market research to stay informed about market conditions, customer preferences, and competitor actions.
Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development, customer service) to align strategies and optimize results.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Mechanical / Automation Engineering with sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Substantial experience in sales management, preferably in the HVAC industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and business landscape.
