Senior Power Platform Developer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement robust business solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming our business processes, automating workflows, and creating intuitive applications that drive productivity and data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development : Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages). Canvas & Model-Driven Apps : Build sophisticated, user-friendly Canvas and Model-Driven Apps to meet diverse business requirements. Process Automation : Create complex automated workflows and business process flows using Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows) to streamline operations. Data Modeling & Integration : Develop and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, and security roles. Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams) and third-party APIs. Reporting & Dashboards : Develop interactive and insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI to visualize key business metrics. Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate directly with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and provide ongoing support and training. Environment Management : Assist with solution management, including deployment across dev, test, and production environments using pipelines. Required Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of hands-on professional experience developing solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform. Proven expertise in Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-Driven apps) and Power Automate. Strong experience with Dataverse (or Common Data Service), including table design, calculated columns, and relationship management. Solid understanding of Power BI for data modeling, DAX, and report creation. Experience integrating Power Platform with other Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Teams, Excel) and SQL Server. Proficiency in writing formulas using Power FX. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Desirable Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-400, PL-600). Experience with Power Pages. Knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure SQL DB) for advanced integrations. Basic understanding of JavaScript and C# for custom PCF controls and plugins. Experience with CI / CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) for the Power Platform.
