We are expanding into the Middle East with new offices in UAE and KSA. Our Riyadh office seeks a highly accomplished and visionary Project Director (100% m / f) to lead large-scale and complex infrastructure, transportation, and mixed‑use development projects across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for major infrastructure, transportation, and mixed‑use development projects.
• Oversee all phases of project execution, from initial bid and design stages through to construction support.
• Develop, implement, and rigorously monitor project plans, budgets, schedules, and robust risk‑management frameworks to achieve project objectives consistently.
• Manage comprehensive project governance, ensuring strict compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Establish and lead steering committees, ensuring optimal stakeholder alignment and driving critical decision‑making across all internal and external partners.
• Develop winning technical and financial proposals for major tenders.
• Foster proactive collaboration with clients, governmental agencies, consultants, contractors, and joint ventures to ensure successful project delivery.
• Implement advanced project performance monitoring systems to ensure progress consistently aligns with key performance indicators (KPIs) and company objectives.
• Lead and mentor project managers and technical teams, cultivating a high‑performance, collaborative, and innovative culture.
