Responsibilities
Oversee daily catering operations to meet service standards
Lead, support, and develop the team
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and allergen standards
Monitor financial performance including labour, goods, and expenses
Build strong client relationships and drive contract satisfaction
Deliver food quality and service aligned with client expectations
Implement innovative and efficient processes across operations
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Hotel Management
Seven (7) years' experience with 200 employees company with annual turnover of 10 million Saudi Riyal with good command of English.
Strong operational and team leadership experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Sound financial understanding and computer proficient
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
Flexible, motivated, and committed to high standards
