Overview
We require a strategic Senior HRBP with 5+ years' experience in top-tier technology / Internet companies to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders. This role will lead organizational design, workforce planning, and team-building initiatives while aligning HR strategies with business objectives in a fast-paced tech environment.
Location : Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to design workforce plans supporting business scaling.
- Lead end-to-end talent strategies including workforce modeling, succession planning, and org design.
- Drive leadership hiring for critical technical / non-technical roles.
- Implement employer branding initiatives targeting top-tier tech talent.
- Diagnose organizational needs and implement solutions for team effectiveness.
- Coach managers on performance optimization and team development.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, development, and retention.
- Analyze HR metrics (attrition, hiring velocity, productivity) to inform decisions.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and localization requirements.
- Drive cultural initiatives supporting innovation and agile methodologies.
Qualifications
5+ years progressive HRBP experience in FAANG / equivalent tech / Internet companies.Proven success in building teams for scale-ups / rapid-growth environments.Expertise in technical recruitment (engineering, product, data science roles).Fluent English with daily professional usage.Strong understanding of Saudi labor regulations and GCC market practices.Seniority level
