Project Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own the sales pipeline for large-scale furnishing projects : identify prospects, qualify opportunities, develop proposals, deliver persuasive presentations, and negotiate contracts to close.
• Lead a team of project specialists and sales engineers, setting clear targets, coaching performance, and ensuring seamless hand-offs between sales and execution.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding relationships with hotels, factories, developers, contractors, and interior design firms; achieve or exceed annual sales quotas.
• Prepare accurate project budgets, schedules, and technical submissions in collaboration with design, estimation, and procurement teams.
• Serve as the single point of contact for clients from initial briefing through project close-out, guaranteeing world-class communication, rapid issue resolution, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery—production, logistics, and procurement—to ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and to Al Guthmi’s quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, enforcing contractual terms, safety, and quality compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and forecast sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management and recommending corrective actions when required.
• Represent Al-Guthmi at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and generate new leads.
