Key Responsibilities
Own the sales pipeline for large-scale furnishing projects : identify prospects, qualify opportunities, develop proposals, deliver persuasive presentations, and negotiate contracts to close.
Lead a team of project specialists and sales engineers, setting clear targets, coaching performance, and ensuring seamless hand-offs between sales and execution.
Drive revenue growth by expanding relationships with hotels, factories, developers, contractors, and interior design firms; achieve or exceed annual sales quotas.
Prepare accurate project budgets, schedules, and technical submissions in collaboration with design, estimation, and procurement teams.
Serve as the single point of contact for clients from initial briefing through project close-out, guaranteeing world-class communication, rapid issue resolution, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery—production, logistics, and procurement—to ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and to Al Guthmi’s quality standards.
Manage subcontractors and vendors, enforcing contractual terms, safety, and quality compliance.
Monitor KPIs and forecast sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management and recommending corrective actions when required.
Represent Al-Guthmi at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and generate new leads.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of combined project-based sales and project management experience within furnishings, FF&E, fit-out, textiles, or construction sectors—preferably in hospitality, industrial, or large real-estate developments across the GCC.
Proven history of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets of SAR 36 million+ and managing fast-track project schedules.
Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams and successful key account management.
Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or formal sales training is an advantage.
Fluency in English required, Arabic proficiency highly valued.
Valid KSA driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.
