Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, schedule, and supervise all preventive maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment.
• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and technical guidance.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program that aligns with production goals.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they cause failures.
• Ensure all maintenance procedures adhere to ISO NSF certification standards.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory and service contracts.
• Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
