Partnership Management - Team Lead

Overview RISE is a leader in Saudi Arabia’s sport, culture and entertainment (SCE) sectors with offices in Dubai (UAE) and Riyadh, KSA. We specialise in providing data-driven, sustainable sponsorship services to leading brand and rights holder clients.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead the Brand Sponsorship unit, managing a team that handles day-to-day partnership management of brand clients.

Collaborate with leadership to support and lead multiple Brand Sponsorship accounts across the business.

Manage complex partnerships, working with rights holders and achieving ROI for brand clients.

Provide strategic recommendations to clients and lead the team in delivering planning, consulting, and executional excellence.

Develop and manage the unit’s P&L, client profitability, and business development initiatives.

Recruit, mentor, and develop team members, ensuring high standards of agency work.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, employees, partners, and board members.

Drive the collection and analysis of industry insights to inform strategic decisions.

Qualification & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus.

Minimum ten (10) years of sponsorship experience in an agency, brand, sports or entertainment property.

Strong experience and knowledge in football sponsorship, preferably in the GCC.

Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering results within budget.

Strong analytical, budgeting, and reporting skills.

Exemplary relationship, influencing, presentation, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple programs concurrently in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.

Good working knowledge of the Middle East.

Compensation & Working Conditions

Fixed‑term contract.

Role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with frequent remote work from client offices.

Working hours : 9 : 00 a.m. – 6 : 00 p.m., Sunday to Thursday.

Occasional travel and weekend work may be required.
