Project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. The project consists of a major mixed‑use development including sports facilities, entertainment, arts and all associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high‑calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead the digital strategy for the cableway transportation system, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and enhancing user experience through smart technologies and data‑driven solutions.
• Design and implement digital tools to improve operational efficiency and safety, integrating IoT, automation, and analytics into cableway operations.
• Manage BIM processes in line with ISO 19650 standards across design, construction, and handover phases, ensuring quality assurance and effective information modelling.
• Oversee user experience design, ensuring services meet visitor expectations, while managing project timelines, budgets, and resources for digital initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and supply chain partners, gathering requirements, supporting third‑party understanding, and aligning digital efforts with organisational goals.
• Support advanced BIM applications, including 4D and 5D construction sequencing, cost strategy, COBie production, and training on data analysis and template creation.
• Maintain and manage digital environments, including Autodesk Construction Cloud and Aconex, ensuring compliance and high‑quality information standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, object library development, drawing / sketch production, and stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
