What this job involves :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Risk Manager to lead our enterprise risk management function across global commercial real estate operations. This strategic role will drive risk governance, oversee portfolio-wide risk assessment, and collaborate with C-suite executives to shape our risk appetite and strategic direction. The ideal candidate will bring deep CRE expertise and proven leadership in building world-class risk management frameworks.

What your day-to-day will look like :

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide risk management strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead cross-functional risk committees and governance frameworks
• Advise senior leadership and board members on risk appetite, tolerance, and strategic decisions
• Drive integration of risk considerations into business planning and capital allocation processes
• Champion risk culture transformation across the organization
• Oversee sophisticated risk modeling including Monte Carlo simulations, VaR calculations, and stress testing
• Lead development of proprietary risk assessment methodologies for diverse CRE asset classes
