The Accountant will serve as a strategic finance partner supporting the Senior Financial Controller across a broad range of corporate finance functions. This role combines strong technical accounting expertise with analytical, coordination, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will contribute to the integrity and efficiency of financial operations while supporting key initiatives such as financial planning and analysis, audits, reporting to shareholders, and finance digitalization.
- Support in the preparation, analysis, and review of monthly and quarterly management reports and financial statements.
- Assist in the coordination and preparation of external and internal audits, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support FP&A processes.
- Prepare schedules and analyses related to shareholder reporting and corporate performance dashboards.
- Assist in financial analysis to support decision-making on strategic initiatives, including cost control and performance optimization.
- Collection & Alignment :
- Coordinate with department heads to gather key business drivers, operational plans, and assumptions to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Development & Consolidation :
- Prepare and consolidate forecasts and budgets based on inputs from business units, incorporating trends, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.
- Communication :
Facilitate cross-functional review meetings to validate assumptions, address gaps, and finalize budget submissions, ensuring transparency and ownership across units.
Skills
