What You’ll Do

Disassemble, inspect, and assemble gas turbine rotor components as required.

Independently tension and tighten rotor parts using hydraulic tools, such as torque wrenches and tensioners / H-pump, up to 25,000 PSI or more.

Use measurement tools including micrometers, depth gauges, and dial indicators.

Utilize mechanical hand tools and understand their functionality.

Balance gas turbine compressor and turbine rotors.

Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.

Comply with all safety standards and procedures.

Align with the company Quality Policy and applicable rules and procedures.

Read and interpret work instructions and process prints.

Operate horizontal and vertical balancing machines.

Blend and grind as required.

What You’ll Bring

High school diploma or Technical College.

A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a mechanical technician in a related industry.

What Will Make You Stand Out

Crane Operator Certificate.

NDT Level I Certificate.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
