General Manager – Operations – Cement Interlock & Building Materials

We are seeking a highly skilled

General Manager - Operations

to lead the day-to-day operations of a leading industrial company specializing in

cement interlock, blocks, and building materials . With established production facilities in Saudi Arabia and a strong distribution footprint across the GCC, the company is poised for its next phase of operational excellence and growth. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage

all factory operations

(2 facilities in Hafar Al Batin and 1 in Majna), ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production. Oversee workforce, driving performance, accountability, and skills development. Ensure

high-quality output

of cement interlock and blocks, meeting market and regulatory standards. Implement

best-in-class production practices

including commissioning, process optimization, cost reduction, and preventive maintenance. Drive initiatives to enhance

plant efficiency, capacity utilization, and equipment reliability . Work closely with executive leadership to support the company’s

GCC distribution strategy and market growth . Manage budgets, optimize operating costs, and ensure compliance with HSE and quality management standards (ISO, SASO, PME). Oversee procurement, logistics, and supply chain efficiency for raw materials and finished products. Candidate Profile

Proven leadership in

cement interlock and block manufacturing

— this is an essential requirement. Minimum

15 years of experience

in industrial manufacturing, with at least

5 years in a GM or senior operations leadership role . Strong expertise in

production, plant commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization

of cement-based products. Demonstrated ability to manage

multi-site operations

with 300+ staff. Strong technical knowledge in

process control, kiln / mill operations, alternative fuels, and refractory management

is highly desirable. Experience in GCC markets and familiarity with

Saudi regulations and compliance frameworks . Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Master’s or MBA is an advantage). Fluent in Arabic and English. Why This Role?
