Resort Manager vacancy in Hafr al Batin Saudi Arabia Resort Manager – Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a Resort Manager to join our team in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of our resort. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a resort management role and should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Preference will be given to African candidates with fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing strategies for increasing revenue and profits

Creating and managing budgets

Developing marketing campaigns

Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Supervising staff and ensuring that they adhere to all safety regulations

Ensuring that all areas of the resort are kept clean, tidy, secure, and up-to-date

Responding to customer complaints or inquiries in a timely manner

Negotiating contracts with vendors

Working with other departments to coordinate events or activities onsite
