Country & Outback Health is a not-for-profit organisation focused on building healthier and happier communities. Delivering a diverse range of mental health, allied health, addiction support, Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander health, NDIS services as well as support services for Young People within our headspace centres. Our multidisciplinary team empowers and advocates for healthy rural communities through providing diverse and excellent health services throughout country SA.

About the role

• Work as part of the Executive team to provide expertise and strategic leadership of corporate business and financial functions, reporting to the CEO
• Lead the Finance, IT & Quality & Compliance teams to identify and implement strategies to position CObH for a sustainable future, to achieve revenue optimisation and organisational growth, mitigating risk and contributing to compliance and audit reviews
• Provide practical expertise and sound leadership to ensure financial management and related business decision-making is timely and of a high standard
• Communicate the strategic vision and direction, drive culture and performance
• Lead continuous improvement, drive innovation and effectively manage change to align with strategic goals
