Utilities Operator

Role Purpose

Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operation of the Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant (WSTP) to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient supply of utilities across the factory.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in line with Al Safi Danone’s manufacturing excellence principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the operation of WSTP systems including RO, UF, STP, and wastewater treatment units to achieve operational targets.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to ensure uninterrupted utilities support for all plant areas.
• Conduct routine inspections, record performance readings, and take proactive action to optimize system efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and proper chemical handling practices.
• Support preventive maintenance and follow up on corrective actions for utilities equipment.
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate any deviations to the Engineering team.
• Promote a safe workplace by applying GMP, 5S, and EHS standards at all times.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on system performance, cost optimization, and sustainability.
