Responsibilities

• Channel Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud channel strategy that aligns with company goals.
• Partner Recruitment : Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners such as MSPs, SIs, and cloud resellers.
• Enablement & Training : Deliver enablement programs to ensure partners are trained on our cloud products, go-to-market plans, and sales processes.
• Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, acting as a primary point of contact.
• Sales Management : Drive pipeline generation and co-selling efforts with partners to achieve revenue targets.
• Performance Tracking : Monitor partner performance and provide regular reports and analysis to internal leadership.
• Market Intelligence : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform partner strategies.
• Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure seamless partner experience and success.
