- إدارة سجلات الموظفين وتحديثها باستمرار.
- دعم عمليات تقييم الأداء ومتابعة خطط التطوير الوظيفي.
- إعداد التقارير الدورية المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية.
- التنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية فيما يتعلق بأنظمة العمل والإقامات والتأمينات الاجتماعية
- دعم برامج التدريب والتطوير للموظفين.
- الرد على استفسارات الموظفين وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية.
