Are you a top-tier B2B sales professional with a deep network in the Saudi tech market? Are you a "hunter" who wants to be rewarded directly for your success?

We are now expanding our proven model into the dynamic Saudi Arabian market and are looking for a key partner to lead this charge.

This is not a traditional job; this is a high-reward partnership.

Your Mission : As our B2B Sales Partner for KSA, you will be the face of OPSinnovate in the region. Your mission is to :

Hunt & Close :

Leverage your existing network to build a strong pipeline of new clients.

Build Relationships :

Connect with CTOs, HR VPs, and Delivery Managers who need to hire tech talent.

Sell Our Solutions :

Introduce our core services :

IT Staff Augmentation :

Providing our elite, pre-vetted tech talent for their projects.

Specialist Recruitment :

Helping them fill tough, permanent tech roles.

Represent Our Brand :

Communicate the value of our "German quality" and "EU-tested" model.

This Role is Perfect for You If :

✅ You have a

strong, established network

of decision-makers in the Saudi tech, enterprise, or data center industries.

✅ You are a

proven B2B sales "hunter"

with a track record of closing deals.

✅ You have experience in IT services, recruitment, or tech sales.

✅ You are an

entrepreneurial self-starter

who is driven, professional, and autonomous.

✅ You have fluent communication skills in both

Arabic and English .
