Wood is seeking a Lead Expediting to join our project team supporting Ma’aden’s strategic gold mine and processing facility in Saudi Arabia. This is a long‑term site‑based role, with an initial assignment in either our Riyadh or Al‑Khobar office prior to mobilization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all purchased equipment and materials are delivered on time, coordinating with suppliers, logistics, and project teams to maintain the project schedule.
• Develop and maintain expediting plans and reports.
• Monitor vendor manufacturing progress.
• Coordinate FATs, inspections, and shipment readiness.
• Address delays and escalate issues proactively.
