Responsibilities :
- Gather and collect all information, documentation and summaries for all contracted vendors, which is related to financial transactions and ensure timely and accurate log in of all required information for the company.
- Evaluate purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to the organization’s policies and procedures, requesting amendments approval and discussing any defects or problems with vendors.
- Prepare accrual costs for monthly closing purposes and estimation of revenues and expenses for following months of cash call necessary for company's operations and business activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for updates and make necessary system adjustments when required in order to allow for processing of contract payments and financial transactions as per contracting terms and conditions.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience4+ years of overall relevant working experience for bachelor’s degree holder.Seniority level
