We are looking for an observant and data-driven social media analyst to evaluate the success of social media and web presence of a brand, campaign, or initiative by analyzing post metrics. The social media analyst is responsible for :
- Providing feedback to clients and social media / CX directors on campaign / brand / initiative reception and suggesting adjustments through professional reports.
- Analyzing the performance of social media platforms and content, from individual posts to entire accounts, tracking metrics like likes, shares, retweets, etc.
- Creating professional reports that summarize findings or present data in an easily digestible format, to inform internal teams or external clients about social media performance.
