The Role

As the Talent, Learning & Culture Manager, you will play a key leadership role in fostering a culture of continuous learning, employee engagement, and talent growth within the property. You will be responsible for driving initiatives related to employee development, performance management, and organizational excellence, in alignment with cluster-wide strategies.

Working closely with HR centers of excellence and shared services, you will also ensure alignment with Corporate Talent & Culture strategies while tailoring solutions to meet property-specific needs in Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and Rewards & Recognition.

You will collaborate with department heads to build workforce capability, foster employee engagement, and enhance retention. Additionally, you will partner with leaders to proactively address employee concerns, support talent reviews, drive recognition initiatives, and champion a positive employee and guest experience, embedding luxury service standards into daily operations and cultivating a culture where exceptional service delivery becomes second nature for every team member.

Learning & Development

  • Deliver learning & development programs that build both technical skills and service excellence capabilities, ensuring teams consistently deliver at our luxury brand standards.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and align initiatives with property and cluster goals.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions and support leadership development efforts.
  • Ensure effective onboarding processes in collaboration with Shared Services.

Talent Management & Succession Planning

  • Implement talent management strategies to attract, nurture, and retain top talent at all levels.
  • Lead the talent reviews and succession planning processes, ensuring they are embedded into the property’s culture and directly support building a leadership pipeline capable of sustaining luxury service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Identify high-potential talent, create tailored development plans, and strengthen talent pipelines to support leadership readiness and organizational growth.
  • Champion internal mobility across RSGH portfolio by creating opportunities for career progression and ensuring a strong bench of future leaders across key roles.
  • Employee Engagement

  • Design and deliver initiatives that promote employee engagement, reinforce a culture of accountability for exceptional guest service, and inspire team members to consistently exceed expectations.
  • Monitor employee sentiment through surveys and feedback tools, and lead action planning.
  • Champion organizational values and foster a positive, inclusive working environment.
  • Organizational Development

  • Support the implementation of organizational development strategies that drive cultural alignment, team effectiveness, and change management.
  • Work with leadership teams to assess organizational needs and recommend structure or process enhancements to improve performance and agility.
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Partner with Cluster leadership to ensure transparent communication of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide feedback and insights on internal equity, recognition programs, and total rewards to support talent retention and motivation.
  • Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with senior leadership and department heads across RSGH portfolio to understand business needs and deliver people-focused solutions that drive performance.
  • Align learning and talent strategies with the company’s broader vision and operational goals.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities in collaboration with the Cluster Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Coordinate the implementation of talent development initiatives and employee experience programs, embedding best practices that foster engagement and retention across the property.
  • Recognition & Employer Branding

  • Support initiatives that strengthen Red Sea Global Hospitality’s reputation as a top employer in line with Forbes and other employer excellence rankings.
  • Contribute to the development of programs and practices that attract external recognition for talent development and organizational culture.
  • Performance Management Excellence

  • Drive a high-performance culture by embedding structured performance management processes that hold leaders and team members accountable for delivering both operational goals and uncompromising service excellence.
  • Partner with managers to monitor, coach, and develop employees, ensuring consistent delivery of business objectives.
  • Graduate Programs & Early Talent Development

  • Develop and oversee graduate and early career programs to attract high-potential talent.
  • Foster structured learning journeys, mentoring, and rotational opportunities that accelerate the development of emerging leaders.
  • Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, or Organizational Development (preferred).
  • Proven experience in hospitality, large-scale corporate, or international operations, ideally with multi-property or cluster-level HR leadership exposure.
  • Strong command of global best practices in talent development and performance management, with a proven ability to embed luxury brand service excellence standards across teams to create consistently elevated guest experiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing graduate or early-career talent programs.
  • Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and employee recognition programs.
  • Key Performance Metrics

  • Achievement and maintenance of the highest quality assurance standards for the property, reflecting consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
  • Continuous improvement in Employee Engagement and Guest Satisfaction scores, measured year over year.
  • High completion rates and measurable impact of Learning & Development programs, with evidence of improved performance and capability.
  • Comprehensive succession planning coverage with demonstrable readiness of high-potential talent for key roles.
  • Full compliance with the performance management cycle and achievement of individual and team objectives.
  • Improved retention of high-potential employees and measurable increases in internal mobility rates.
  • Successful implementation and measurable impact of graduate and early-career talent programs.
  • Year-on-year decrease in employee relations cases and proactive resolution of workplace issues, fostering a positive employee experience and reducing risk exposure.
