المهام ومسؤوليات
- ضمان الجودة والاتساق والإنتاج في جميع مجالات المطبخ، بما في ذلك البوفيه وقائمة المأكولات الانتقائية.
- الإشراف على إعداد وإنتاج جميع الأطعمة الساخنة والباردة وفقًا للوصفات والمواصفات المحددة.
- الإشراف على عمليات التحول في المطبخ وضمان الامتثال لجميع سياسات ومعايير وإجراءات الأطعمة والمشروبات.
- قيادة وتنسيق فريق المطبخ بالكامل، بما في ذلك الطهاة والعاملين في إعداد الطعام.
- وضع ومتابعة أهداف المطبخ، بما في ذلك أهداف الأداء وأهداف الميزانية وأهداف الفريق.
- ضمان تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية من خلال إدارة العمليات اليومية وضمان الجودة والمعايير وتلبية توقعات العملاء.
- إدارة وتنفيذ أنشطة الموارد البشرية، بما في ذلك تحديد الاحتياجات التنموية للآخرين واحتياجات التدريب والتوجيه.
- المشاركة في تدريب موظفي المطعم على عناصر القائمة.
- توفير المعلومات للمشرفين وزملاء العمل والمرؤوسين.
- تحليل المعلومات وتقييم النتائج لاختيار الحل الأفضل وحل المشكلات.
Requirements
خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال الطهي والعمل في شركات الاعاشة.
