Job Description

» Creating and maintaining project plan basedon requirements document for fixed-cost or progressive projects.

» Managing scrumteam, ensuring effective cooperation and collaborationamong team members.

» Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitateeffective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

» Following Agilemethodologies by conducting daily andweekly meetings to enhance communication and maximize productivity.

» Reviewingsprint outcome and following up on demos for various stakeholders.

» Ensuring efficient use of resources andappropriate task division among team leaders.

» Collaboratingwith business analyst to develop documentation and technical guides for endusers.

» Promotingcompany and project standards in all deliverables.

» Preparing statusreports and conducting regular project status meetings with team members.

» Communicatingwith other TPMs to e nsure adherenceto project management best practices and methodologies.

Requirements

» BS / MS degree in Computer Science,Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.

» Minimum 8 yearsof experience including at least 3 years as TPM preferably in the FintechIndustry.

» Strong knowledge of project managementmethodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

» Deliveryoriented and multi-tasking skills.

» Strongcommunication and reporting skills.
