Role Summary

The Enterprise Solutions Manager supports the Enterprise Architect in designing, packaging, and managing end-to-end technology managed services offerings across cloud, IT service management, security, infrastructure, and applications. This role ensures proposed solutions are technically sound, cost-effective, and aligned with client outcomes , while enabling delivery teams to operate efficiently under defined SLAs / XLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Development

Support the Enterprise Architect in designing integrated managed services solutions across Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) , ITSM, Digital Workplace, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Applications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft), and Network / Infrastructure.

Contribute to RFP responses , technical sections, and presentations.

Coordinate with tower leads (Cloud, Security, Apps, Infrastructure) to ensure solutions are integrated, scalable, and compliant .

Help maintain solutioning standards, templates, and frameworks to ensure repeatable, quality offerings.
