Logistics Supervisor, Amazon last mile operations

You will oversee shift management in our fulfillment centers, including first mile, middle mile, or final mile delivery stations. Our Operations Specialists play a key role in ensuring timely delivery of customer orders and managing ground operations.

Key responsibilities : - Foster a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities - Manage and train associates to deliver excellent service - Ensure order fulfillment complies with quality and safety standards - Provide shift-related updates to management and staff - Adjust labor allocation to meet plans and forecasts - Collaborate with support functions to address operational issues - Use data analysis and process improvements to solve logistics challenges - Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
