Job descriptionSeller Qualification & Onboarding : Campaign & Launch Execution : Quality Assurance : Daily operations : 2–4 years of operations experience, ideally in a marketplace or eCommerce environment Extremely organized, fast-moving, and proactive Fluent in Arabic and English Strong communicator and collaborator — able to work across teams Comfortable working on-site in Jeddah Self-motivated and solution-oriented with a “get things done” mindset Experience with SQL or data tools — ability to query and extract insights independently Understanding of marketplace dynamics and seller operations Worked with startups

Key Responsibilities :
- Fulfillment & Logistics Management :
Oversee seller fulfillment processes, follow up on shipments, and coordinate with sellers and customers to resolve any operational issues.
Review new seller applications, vet for quality and fit, and support onboarding to ensure they’re ready to go live.
Work cross-functionally with engineering and growth teams to organize and execute major platform campaigns and seller activations.
Monitor order success rates, seller behavior, and customer satisfaction to uphold platform quality standards.
Daily operation needs that could impact anything related to Fullfilement, Leads, Urgent matters.
