The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes developing HR strategies, implementing policies, managing talent acquisition and employee relations, and ensuring legal compliance to support the organization’s overall mission and vision.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience :
‒ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
‒ Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
‒ Experience in handling multi-site operations is a plus.
Job Specific Skills :
‒ Strong knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
‒ Competent in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and payroll software.
‒ Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
