About This Opportunity
We are excited to announce the opportunity to join Ericsson as Head of Delivery Domain Hub Middle East. In this strategic role, you will lead and support our service delivery and sales initiatives across the Middle East, ensuring operational excellence, competence readiness, and alignment with Ericsson’s delivery models, tools, and strategies. You will be accountable for both internal and external delivery resources (including ARPs / ASPs), promoting our corporate values, ethics, and leadership culture to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
- Lead an organization focused on service excellence for CDU, collaborating closely with Competence Domain and SAN teams.
- Secure competence readiness for Service Line offerings and ensure timely release and rollout of deliverables.
- Define and optimize delivery models, success factors, resource mix, and right-shoring strategies.
- Drive industrialization and automation initiatives across the services portfolio.
- Shape serviceability requirements for the CDU portfolio and identify new service opportunities.
- Lead pre‑sales and scoping activities to ensure project success and delivery excellence.
- Track key projects proactively, intervening when necessary to secure outcomes.
- Build and develop talent pipelines to ensure sustained competence within the organization.
- Foster clarity, collaboration, and accountability across teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across CUs and customer organizations.
You Will Bring
Deep understanding of Service Line Build Solution, software, and services portfolio, with insights into how ML / AI drive business value in operations and optimization.Strong techno‑commercial acumen and ability to prioritize investments with high ROI potential.Proven success in managing diverse solution portfolios with strong P&L results.Strategic mindset and analytical skills to assess organizational performance and drive continuous improvement.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions and motivate change.Strong customer engagement experience, comfortable interacting at C‑suite level.Solid understanding of Ericsson’s product management, development, and delivery processes.Demonstrated success in building, evolving, and retaining high‑performing, diverse teams.Experience
7+ years in leadership positions within the telecom or ICT industry.Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments.Deep understanding of operator business models and technical solution development.Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and C‑level executives.Leadership Experience
