Overview
IT Sales Account Manager - Qatar at Greenfix Property Care. Responsible for selling iHorizons' range of products and services to new and existing customers, managing the full sales life cycle, and handling new accounts with support from the Sales Operations Team.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales life cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Generate leads and convert them into opportunities; bid and close deals
- Sell enterprise IT solutions to large organizations, meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Manage accounts for cross-selling and upselling; maintain customer relationships as the single point of contact
- Develop solutions with clients, identify appropriate technologies, and position iHorizons as the preferred choice
- Own bidding process in collaboration with the bidding team and ensure accurate, high-quality proposals
- Provide market, account, competitor, and bid intelligence to senior management
- Conduct negotiations and close deals for small to mid-sized opportunities; support large deals as needed
- Ensure revenue generation with appropriate gross margins
- Maintain ongoing customer analysis, project status awareness, and post-sales support
- Drive account management to expand footprint and forecast revenue accurately
- Promote iHorizons products / services and keep customers informed about emerging technologies
- Coordinate with Marketing on opportunities; participate in trade shows and events to develop leads
- Maintain CRM records, generate sales reports, and support contract renewals and invoicing processes
- Ensure customer retention and reduce churn through proactive account management
- Visit major customers regularly to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Computer Sciences, or related fieldEvidence of continued education in Sales and TechnologyPrevious Work Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience, with last 1–2 years in a similar roleExperience in selling customized enterprise IT solutions is mandatoryExperience in Digital Transformation sales is highly preferredSales experience in the Middle East, especially Qatar, is highly preferred but not mandatoryHands-on experience with CRM software is a plusSkills And Abilities
